Bystander Intervention Training:

Prevent sexual violence before it happens. Through this interactive training, participants will gain an understanding of intervention strategies that can be used in everyday situations. Participants will learn the importance of challenging social norms by stepping up, because without active bystanders, we cannot create real cultural change. H.O.P.E. Works is dedicated to ending all forms of sexual violence through healing, outreach, prevention, and empowerment. H.O.P.E. Works is a nonprofit organization that serves Chittenden County through a variety of services including our 24-hour hotline (802-863-1236), advocacy, education, and prevention. Presentation: Booking 101 with Zack Dupont:

Zack has been hitting the road extensively with The DuPont Brothers and other VT based acts for the past ten years without any help from booking agents or managers. This workshop is all about sharing information on how to successfully book tours and develop relationships with talent buyers and building in regional markets.

"The music world is more saturated than ever before. Booking agencies, labels and managers are rarely signing on new clients without any tour history or buzz around them. So in order to work towards building a team, it's essential to learn how to get yourself out there on your own first. I'm here to help independent musicians develop their ability to be self sufficient in producing successful tours from the ground up.” - Zack Dupont

Social Hour with DJ Jah Red:

DJ Jah Red is a Puerto Rican American deejay with almost 20 years as a professional specializing in almost every form of Caribbean music. He has performed in every venue in Burlington & many beyond, including radio programming at WRUV FM since 2000, & WOMM-LP FM since 2009.
